The strategy in a sentence:

Release a limited-edition line of R.M Williams boots to deepen donations with Backtracks' high-finance donors.

Nolan Yu and I were lucky enough to go back to back by winning the Backtrack NGEN media strategy brief in 2019. 

The response was based around connecting the "bush" with the "big smoke" and finding an innovative new media opportunity to grow donations with a limited budget.
